This Blue Flag Beach, a fine alternative to Spiaggia Grande in Positano. is a short boat ride away.

The beach has two distinct areas. One side is free to the public while the private side offers beach chairs and umbrellas along with canoe rentals. The restaurant and coffee bar built on stilts serves Mediterranean food.

You can catch a courtesy boat for the private beach at the pier in Positano. Look for the boat with a lifesaver on its flag. The boat service to the private beach is from 10 am to 1 pm. Most people stay for lunch and enjoy the beach until late afternoon when the courtesy boat makes its return to Positano.
