Frank and Judy Grace with their partners Marianne and Gerhard Hirmer create luscious Chianti and a tre bicchieri Super Tuscan, called "Gratius".

The partners have enological assistance from their friend and consultant Franco Bernabei to make their wines.

Chianti Classico - Sangiovese grosso and Sangiovese piccolo are 90% of the final blend. The remaining 10% is made up using Cabernet Sauvignon; Cannaiolo Nero, some antique grape varieties and some Merlot. Most of the wine in then matured in both 225 liter Bordeaux barrels as well as the more traditional 1500 liter “Botte” for a further 12 months.
