Il Cioccolato di Amedei

Alessio and his sister,Cecilia create a box of sublime Praline da Meditazione and a Premier Cru set which features chocolates from six countries. They also make Porcelana, a 70% dark, specialist chocolate bar created exclusively from the rare Porcelana bean – a genetically pure strain of the Criollo bean. This extremely rare cocoa bean produces the most expensive chocolate in the world, and Amedei makes only a limited quantity each year.
