Il Vescovino, under new management and with a new phone number, excels!
The original chef of Il Vescovino, Mimmo Baldi, has gone on to develop a private chef service while continuing his Enoteca Baldi on the lower square of Panzano.
In the meantime, Mario Grimaldi (former wine manager of Pietrafitta) and Marie Zarro (former chef of Pietrafitta) have taken over the renown location in 2005. They offer creative cuisine and a thoughtful local and regional wine selection with reasonable prices. Il Vescovino’s summer terrace overlooks the neatly organized Conca d'Oro vineyards and is in a great position for a romantic sunset dinner.
