Proprietor and Maître d' Tiziano Amoroso with his talented executive chef Fabio Ugoletti have guided Gallopapa to a culinary level rarely found in the Tuscan countryside.
During our October trip, we had the pleasure of dining here with our colleague, Karin. Tiziano was a gracious host and he guided us through a memorable five-course tasting menu with well chosen wines from his vast collection. Highly recommended.
