Susci Bar Il Clandestino

| | Comments (0)

What is Moreno Cedroni doing at the beach in Marche?

Susci Bar Il Clandestino is the summer outpost of the restaurant La Madonnina del Pescatore. Located at the beach Baia di Portonovo, Moreno Cedroni and his wife, Mariella, established a modern sushi (susci) bar offering pristine local fish with inspired pairings. Moreno studied with Ferran Adrià, at El Bulli, in Catalunya, and from his experience there still draws inspiration.
