This hotel in the province of Pesaro-Urbino was originally the village castle. The interior has been completely renovated but the exteriorhas been kept intact. The old wooden door leads into the original courtyards.
The osteria (tavern) serves dishes that respect the tradition of products linked to this area, home-made pasta, mushrooms and truffles, local meats and cheeses accompanied by a rich selection of wines.
In addition to the hotel and restaurant, there is the Centro Studio, which offers one week (and longer) language and cultural courses, one week cooking courses and one week ceramics courses.
Closed Mondays and Tuesdays.
