| | Comments (0)

The Bibliotheque Nationale de France is currently hosting a huge Henri Cartier-Bresson retrospective called "De qui s'agit-il?".

The installation presents 250 prints celebrating the master's 94th birthday. The exhibition features vintage prints never seen before and the photographer's personal photo albums which are wonderful and moving.

There is also the smaller but beautiful exhibition in the just opened Fondation Cartier-Bresson, in the 14th. 93 prints chosen by HCB himself, along with images from other photographers which have influenced him or that he has a special affinity for: Alvares Bravo, Walker Evans, August Sander or Seida Keita.
