Todd, our partner and technology director, recently returned from Positano, reviewing vacation homes and collecting new ideas to better serve our clients.


Todd and his girlfriend, Melanie, wish to recommend Ristorante Max to any via clients who may be visiting Positano.

We were staying at Piccolo Cisterna and ventured to Ristorante Max. We really enjoyed it. Service was very warm and knowledgable, helping me navigate a substantial wine list with many producers that were unknown to me. After some good discussion I settled on a very reasonably-priced Nebbiolo (not exactly from Campania but I was in the mood for it). The lobster ravioli was one of many highlights, and I'm sure Melanie would agree that the Chocolate Souffle was worth the extra preparation time required.

We can certainly recommend it in more detail... The atmosphere is pleasantly relaxed and the service congenial. Be prepared to fill up on your pasta course: the homemade pastas and sauces here are phenomenal.
