"Il Forteto" has been breeding this beef cattle breed since 1980 when, the first twenty cows and a bull were first brought to Barberino of Mugello.
Originated in Tuscany (Chiana Valley), Chianina is also known as "the white giant": the bulls in fact, reaching the live weight of 18 quintals, are the biggest in the world.
