If you have ever dreamed of spending time in Florence as a Florentine, this apartment couldn't be more perfect. It is well located for shopping for everyday supplies and for shopping the chic fashion houses of Italy. Palazzo Spini Feroni, Ferragamo's flagship store, is just down the street. All the important cultural monuments, in this cradle of the Renaissance, are minutes away in every direction.
A third floor apartment (with elevator) in a 15th century palazzo located on one of the most elegant streets right in the heart of Florence, overlooking the Arno River. A large drawing room, dining room opening onto the roof top terrace, a library and a fully equipped kitchen. It is, really, a private home with the essence of comfort and elegance with paintings books antique pieces and a perfectley tuned steinway piano.

THIRD FLOOR APARTMENT: reached by elevator, kitchen with
gas stove, large oven, microwave, large refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher. Large double bedroom; antique armoire; and view of the Arno. An additional double bedroom also overlooks the Arno. Dresser with mirror and antique armoire located in the hall.
Double room with twin beds and terrazzo floors. This bedroom is on the Via del Parione side. Two baths with hand-held shower and terrazzo floors. There is also one powder room off the entry hall.
