This grand apartment building started its life in the late 1800's as the first hotel in, the as yet undiscovered town of Positano, which at the time was a small and rustic fishing village between Sorrento and Amalfi. It was bought by the present owners after World War I and in 1995 it was closed and remodeling began to convert the hotel to modern apartments. After many years of painstaking work, newly renovated luxury apartments are now available.

La Terrazza features lovely new furnishings, air conditioning, a dishwasher, washing machine, central heat for cooler season occupancy, double glazed windows as well as a spacious furnished terrace spanning the entire facade, perfect for dining, sunning or relaxing.

Many apartments in Positano are located on steps that can be challenging for some to navigate. But La Terrazza is located just one floor up easy stairs from the main road. A bus stop and grocery store are just moments away.

La Terrazza enjoys a convenient position in the village of Positano. From the penthouse, it is an easy 10 minute walk downhill to the town center, and 15 minutes to the beach. You can take the local bus for a short tour of the town and get off at Piazza dei Mulini and stroll down to the beach.

LA TERRAZZA PENTHOUSE

A spectacular three bedroom penthouse apartment with two bedrooms with king size beds and a third bedroom with twin beds. There is one bathroom with tub and two baths with shower. There is a fully equipped small kitchen. The living room is fitted with tasteful furnishings, lovely antique tile floors in all rooms and again the spectacular view over Positano. All three bedrooms and the living area have french doors leading to the terrace.

OUTDOORS

The huge terrace has quintessential views of Positano and is bordered by a wrought-iron railings and colorful plantings. The terrace is also fitted with retractable awnings for shade in the afternoon if necessary.
