This delightfully appointed villa, with an interesting and spacious layout, is perched over the sea in a prestigious position on the edge of Positano in Arienzo. It is about 1.5 km from the charm and delights of the lively center of Positano with its excellent restaurants, elegant shops, delightful cafes and many beaches. The setting is completely private, peaceful and truly splendid with breathtaking panoramic views across the sweeping bay of Positano and towards Punta Campanella.
From the main coastal road, a winding staircase leads to an enormous and spectacular terrace/garden with flowering potted plants, trees, and bronze wall sculptures. The terrace forms an outdoor dining room of its own where you will undoubtedly greet the morning and conclude the day while enjoying the sea views. The public beach (little used outside July and August) is a further 120 steps down, however, for the less energetic a beautiful 10m x 5m pool (open 5/10 - 10/11) occupies the far corner of the terrace. The interior has been elegantly furnished and refined to a high standard with interesting objects d'art, antiques and bronze sculptures, providing a warm inviting ambiance. With central heating and log fireplaces, this villa is suitable for occupation at any time of year. Access: Approx. 130 steps down from the coastal road.
The main portico overlooks the sea and the entire coast and is the main entrance. Guests can also enjoy an early breakfast or sunset dinners along with the breathtaking view in this area.

Direct access to the pool and terrace. Dining room with comfortable seating for a group of nine. Double doors open onto the elegant terrace.
Kitchen (stove with 4 gas and 2 electric-burners, grill, 2 electric ovens, larger spacious fridge-freezer, dishwasher, blender, juicer, espresso machine). Laundry room (washing machine).
Independent double bedroom suite (twins can be combined to form a king bed) with AC and ensuite bathroom (tub with hand-held shower). Direct access from terrace.
FIRST FLOOR: Stone staircase from the living room to upper hall and second main entrance to villa.

Included in the price
- Elena (the cook) and Angela (the housekeeper) work from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. six days a week (they don't work on Sundays or evenings). Elena serves breakfast and lunch, and will leave dinner ready if the guests should request this.
