Vistamare is an stunning white villa located in the charming town of Praiano, within an easy walk to shops, restaurants and local transportation. It boasts a spectacular position overlooking the entire Amalfi coast. The famous island of Capri with its Faraglioni rocks and the Li Galli islands can be seen from the villa. The meticulously maintained villa is built along various terraces linked by a dramatic staircase along the cliff side. The villa sits among gardens of manicured lawns, huge specimen trees, fruit trees, flowers and other native Mediterranean plants.

The main portico overlooks the sea and the entire coast and is the main entrance. Guests can also enjoy an early breakfast or sunset dinners along with the breathtaking view in this area.

Accommodations

MAIN FLOOR LIVING AREA:

The portico leads to the ground floor living areas which consist of a large dining room, two elegantly furnished sitting rooms, one of which boasts a beautiful fireplace and a reading room. The dining room leads to a large fully equipped kitchen, the laundry and a service bathroom.

FIRST FLOOR:

The first floor of the villa is not available to guests as are the two storerooms on this floor.

BEDROOM FLOOR:

A staircase from one of the sitting rooms leads to the bedroom floor with six bedrooms, each with a bathroom with shower. The rooms have a direct access to a large terrace with a view of the entire coast and two gardens on both sides.

MANSARD:

An external staircase from the garden on the first floor leads up to the mansard with a large double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. These bedrooms overlook the sea and Positano.

OUTDOORS:

Shaded portico with retractable awnings. A huge open terrace overlooking the pool. The infinity pool is situated on another large terrace facing the sea surrounded by lemon trees and flowers. It measures 17 meters (55 ft.) X 5.9 meters (19.5 ft.) with a depth of 2.60 meters (8.5 ft.). Children must not be left on their own in the pool area. The pool is equipped with tables, umbrellas, deck chairs and mattresses. There is also an outdoor shower with cold and warm water, a changing room and a small bathroom.

The total capacity of the villa is 16 persons with the mansard and 12 persons without the mansard. Prices and surface area change for a reduced number of people. Excluded from the rental is the area surrounding the Villa Bideri (vegetables garden and gardens below the pool) along with the First Floor.

• Rome, Rome Airport: 3.5 - 4 hrs.
