There are so few properties in the village of Positano for large groups of friends or families - Villa Fornillo can be a perfect solution! The estate is composed of Villa Donatello with Casa Lorenzo and Casa Stefania on the adjoining terrace. When combining these three vacation homes, a group as large as 14 persons can enjoy spacious public and private areas. Villa Fornillo is tastefully decorated with antiques and has both AC and screens in the bedrooms.

Accomodations

VILLA DONATELLO

FIRST FLOOR:

Two living rooms and a dining room, which seats eight, each have a working fireplace. Each room has direct access to the terraces which are suitable for lounging or dining. This level also has an excellent kitchen and a bath with shower only. There is also a pantry with full-size fridge, and dinnerware to accommodate large dinner parties.

SECOND FLOOR:

The second floor has a handsome library with family memorabilia and satellite TV. There are three double bedrooms, all with good-quality mattresses and reading lamps. each bedroom can be configured as twins or kings. Screens have been provided for the double doors. All rooms have direct access to the terraces. There are two baths on this level, one with shower only, the other with shower and tub.

OUTDOORS:

A comfortable shaded terrace with table and chairs fro six and a sun terrace with sun beds. The large terrace continues past the villa to a set of outdoor steps leading to Casa Lorenzo and Casa Stefania.

CASA LORENZO

GROUND FLOOR:

Kitchen, bathroom, storage room and large living room.

FIRST FLOOR:

Two bedrooms, one with twin beds, the other with a double bed. One bathroom.

OUTDOORS:

A comfortable shaded terrace with table and chairs and a large sun terrace with sun beds.

CASA STEFANIA

GROUND FLOOR:

Large living room with large picture window and comfortable furnishings. A compact but highly functional kitchen has a four-burner gas stove, oven, small refrigerator and a small dishwasher. There are two double bedrooms with two private baths.

OUTDOORS:

A comfortable shaded terrace with table and chairs and a sun terrace with sun beds.

• Villa Fornillo is located within Positano just minutes from shops, restaurants and the beaches.
• Capri is 30 minutes by boat from Positano.
• Praiano is 6 km. (10 minutes)
• Atrani and Amalfi are 19 km. (.5 hr.)
• Ravello is 26 km. (.75 hr.)
• Sorrento is 16 km. (.5 hr.)
• Pompeii is 37 km. (1 hr.)
• Naples is 60 km. (1.5 hrs.)
• Rome is 275 km. (3.5 hrs.)

Additional costs to be paid on the premises

• Heating 20 Euro per day per accommodation, from Nov. 1 to March 30, if used.
• Telephone (based on usage (0.30 Euro by meter)
• Personal laundry/ironing; food shopping; cooking; service at table may be arranged directly with the housekeeping staff upon arrival.
• Supplemental towels, linen, beach blankets, etc. (arrange with Rosanna directly).
• Parking in a paid public garage can (and should) be arranged upon booking.
• Refundable security deposit: $1500 to be paid by check and forwarded along with the final payment.
