Villa Beatrice is a large stone villa recently restored for year round comfort. Every bedroom has its own luxury bathroom, and custom beds with linen sheets are used in all rooms. The picturesque villa is set on 17 acres of rolling meadows and woods, situated 16 Km (10 miles) from the historic hill town of Orvieto, in the heart of Umbria. The villa has a large swimming pool, set amongst olive terraces, with lovely views of the surrounding countryside. Grass and stone terraces frame the pool and a wide pergola by its side offers shade for rest and relaxation.

The Villa, which sleeps up to 12 people, offers 6 bedrooms of which 4 are air conditioned, with 6 full bathrooms, and includes daily maid service of 3 hours, 6 days a week. Additional maid service and cooks can be provided. Wine tastings, restaurant bookings, and help with travel itineraries can also be arranged for guests.

The attached Casetta, which sleeps an additional 4 people, is occasionally available, per request, in conjunction with the Main House at an extra cost. Please inquire for additional information and pricing for sixteen people.

Accommodations

FIRST FLOOR:

The downstairs features a sun-filled library with antique fireplace, overlooking the arrival drive. A stone central staircase leads from the hall to the two upper floors. The guest bathroom is accessed from the entrance hall, as is the laundry room. From the hall, wide oak doors lead to the living room, decorated with family antiques and a magnificent stone fireplace. The room is awash in the light through southern windows and a central French door leading to the front lawn. Directly adjacent to the living room is the dining room and the all stainless designer kitchen, fully equipped with refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, gourmet gas stove with oversized oven and extractor fan and a Whirlpool electric wall oven.

SECOND FLOOR:

Two bedrooms are located on the second floor: the master bedroom and a second bedroom each with Duravit bathrooms

THIRD FLOOR:

Two bedrooms are located in the front mansard each with Duravit shower baths, and two bedrooms in the back, each with Duravit fixtures and Philippe Starck bathtubs. All four bedrooms and bathrooms on the third floor have air conditioning available.
