Vico d’Elsa is a small village in Chianti, located on a hill facing San Gimignano. The villa is just outside the village in a panoramic area among vineyards and olive trees.
The traditional Tuscan farmhouse dates back to the 17th century. The fenced and completely independent structure offers a private parking lot. The house is furnished with antique furniture, pictures, carpets, curtains and typical Tuscan objects. There are terracotta floors and beautiful beamed ceilings. All of the bedrooms feature air conditioning. A spacious terrace offers a view of San Gimignano, across the vineyards and the olive groves of the Tuscan landscape.

The owners live in the villa next door, but assure complete privacy. Exclusive use of the swimming pool for the guests.

GROUND FLOOR: Ground floor: entrance with breakfast table, large sitting room with original brick arches and a stone fireplace, well equipped kitchen also provided with a barbecue, bathroom with shower; one double bedroom with queen size bed and private bathroom with shower, and one bedroom with twin beds (can be converted into a double) and ensuite bathroom with shower.
FIRST FLOOR: Two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (shower), one twin bedded room (can be converted into a double bedroom) with small ensuite bathroom (shower), one double bedroom, one bathroom with tub.
During Low Season, the villa is also available for six people only (three bedrooms, two bathrooms). Please inquire for pricing.
