Via Lucullo is a recently refurbished and decorated apartment on the fifth floor (with elevator) of a 1937 six-story building designed by famous architect Piacentini. It is within walking distance of the Via Veneto, luxury hotels, fine restaurants and the American Embassy.

The apartment has fantastic views overlooking the surrounding rooftops of Rome. The decoration was carried out by a well-known interior designer with attention to every detail: all modern conveniences are provided including air conditioning, antique furniture and artwork, in an traditional style, reflecting the taste of the owner.

FIFTH FLOOR APARTMENT:

Entrance gallery, large living/dining room, kitchen with service entrance, master bedroom with king-size bed (could also be made up as two twin beds) marble bathroom (hand-held shower), a study /bedroom (queen-size sofa/bed), sharing the bathroom through the hallway; a long narrow balcony almost the width of the apt.overlooking the roof tops of Rome. One further double bedroom with bath/shower room.
