The landmark, Renaissance Palazzo, is conveniently located in the heart of the historical center of Florence, in Piazza Santa Croce, (also called Palazzo dell'Antella and Palazzo degli Sporti). It is one of the few left in the historic center of Florence with a dramatic frescoed facade. The Palazzo offers thirteen totally furnished apartments ranging in size from one to three bedrooms. The apartments are of the highest standards with all conveniences. All have either central or window air conditioning, and TV with CNN and other international English-language channels. These apartments have become the home of an international clientele of visitors.
The guests enjoy the convenience of the old city center with all modern comforts, charm, and the state-of-the-art furnishings. The apartments have views of Piazza Santa Croce and of the city’s monuments, of the private renaissance rose garden, or of inner courts and the surrounding hills. Rooms are spacious and airy, furniture is a comfortable and elegant combination of modern and antique.
Check-in time is between 2:30 and 6:30 p.m. Rentals may start on any day of the week.

Complete built-in kitchen. Washing machine and dishwasher. Independent heating. Air conditioning.

Each apartment accommodates the number of persons listed in the description. Additional bedding, where possible, is available at a charge of $300 per week per person.
A Damage Deposit of $800 ($500 for one week rentals) against utilities, telephone, and final cleaning / laundry expenses will be collected upon arrival. The deposit less the above charges will be returned upon departure, either in cash, travelers checks, or by mail.
