This sensational house will appeal to more sophisticated parties who are not fazed by staying in a house that has been decorated to the highest standards: such is its style and attention to detail, that it has been featured in several magazines and the book "Private Tuscany". Only a short drive from this delightful village, and its excellent thermal spring spa center, few could find fault with Villa Antonietta, set in beautifully landscaped grounds and a pool designed to fool the eye, as it blends in with the formal yet unpretentious gardens. Villa Antonietta makes the most of its all around views with wrap around terraces, creating intimate areas for dining or just relaxing.

Inside, colors are muted and peaceful, with a huge living room and large fireplace. The rooms are beautifully decorated with handsome fabrics, antiques and portraits of the owners ancestors. The charming kitchen is also state of the art. However, this elegant house is still very much a home, and the personal touches evident everywhere, combine to make a wonderful venue from which to explore Tuscany and Umbria.

OUTDOORS

Private estate with 50 acres of lawn and woodlands in addition to a cypress tree surrounded by lavender and roses. Two vegetable gardens available for guests use when producing Heated Swimming pool (14 x 4 meters) set off the south side of the house, just beyond the lovely covered terrace. West side of the house you will find 2 outdoor dining areas, an open one with an umbrella and another covered one with a table that comfortably sits up to 14 people Outdoor lighting for pool, trees and patios
