Casa Stefania is a lovely bright apartment, ideal for a couple or small family. It is part of Villa Fornillo estate while enjoying its own private entrance. Casa Stefania has its own independent entrance and a small private garden, with an old lemon tree. The house has been recently renovated and all rooms have a lovely view of the sea, comfortably furnished, and full of light. The house is fully air conditioned and has heating for the off season. Casa Stefania consists of a living/dining room with fireplace, a small kitchen, and two small bedrooms, each with its own in-suite bathroom. All rooms take full advantage of the magnificent views, and all lead out onto lovely terraces ideal for lounging and dining alfresco. The house is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, and telephone.
There are 82 steps from the street to the house and an additional 12 steps within the apartment.
Distances: The shops, beaches and restaurants of Positano are 2 to 15 minutes by foot.
Both Sorrento and Amalfi are 20 to 40 minutes by car.
The magical island of Capri is 30 minutes by boat from Positano.

The compact but highly functional kitchen has a four-burner gas stove, oven, small refrigerator and a small dishwasher.

Two double bedrooms with two private baths.
