Casa Lorenzo rests above Villa Donatella. However, it is completely independent with it's own entrance, large garden, and spacious terraces. It is a charming jewel with magnificent sweeping views from it's rooms and terraces.

Centrally located, there is easy access to the center of town, the main piazza, and also to the beaches. It can also be rented with Casa Stefania, at the end of the terrace, for a group of eight. This can be ideal for couples or families that are sharing. The shops, beaches and restaurants of Positano are 2 to 15 minutes by foot. Both Sorrento and Amalfi are 20 to 40 minutes by car. The magical island of Capri is 30 minutes by boat from Positano.

There are 25 steps from the street to Villa Donatella. There are an additional 48 steps to Casa Lorenzo.

GARDEN LEVEL: Kitchen, bathroom, storage room and large living room.

UPPER LEVEL: Two bedrooms, one with twin beds, the other with a double bed. One bathroom.

Additional costs to be paid on the premises

• Heating: Euro 15 per day from November 1st to March 30th
• Based on usuage (Euro 0.30 by meter)
• Personal laundry / ironing; food shopping; cooking; service at table may be arranged (upon request directly with housekeeper upon arrival).
• Refundable Damage Deposit: $500 to be paid by check. The check is to be made and sent along with the final payment.
