GROUND FLOOR:

Living room with fireplace, two doors opening to lawn and stone paved terraces dominating the valley for unforgettable drinks at sunset. Door leads to a study/TV room that can became a comfortable single bedroom for a sudden guest. Full ensuite bath (tub with wall-mounted and hand-held shower). Small laundry (washing machine, tumble dryer). Large dining room, with traditional peasant's hearth, large table for up to 16. Large country-style kitchen (8 gas hobs, oven, two doors fridge with ice maker and cold water dispenser, dishwasher, double sinks) with two doors opening to outdoor areas.

OUTDOORS:

Stone-paved and straw sheltered al fresco dining area (two tables seating up to 24) vegetable garden and stunning views over the Val d'Orcia. Heated swimming pool (13x4 meters) just on the side of a terrace overlooking the valley. Stone pavement, straw changing room.

FIRST FLOOR:

Stairs lead from kitchen to upper level, also able to be reached directly from parking area. Master bedroom, en suite bath with separate shower and tub.

TOWER ROOM:

twin bedroom and closet. Small en suite bathroom (tub with wall-mounted shower), External stone staircase leads to the tower's top floor: small terrace, double bedroom, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

ANNEX:

twin (can be made into king) bedroom; full bath; double bedroom (queen) with iron railing before double doors; charming vista; and private full bath (tub with hand-held shower, reached through vestibule. The window over the tub provides for sometime to daydream while bathing.
