Lobby opens to: cloakroom (previously pigs's stables, with brick barrel vault ceilings); twin bedroom; ensuite bathroom with tub and wall-mounted shower; living room with fireplace and double door that opens to pergola terrace; wardrobe (washing machine and tumble dryer); staircase leading to first floor; dining room, opening as well to outdoor dining area; kitchen (electric oven, five-burner stove, dishwasher, and double-door fridge with ice dispenser); and a large vine-covered pergola on the terrace facing the valley (southwest).

FIRST FLOOR:

Small double bedroom up the stairs with ensuite bathroom (walk-in shower); master bedroom (king) with huge hearth (the original focolare dominating the wall, private balcony, dressing room, ensuite bathroom with tub (wall-mounted shower) and double sink; double bedroom (queen) with ensuite bathroom (tub and wall-mounted shower with curtain); and twin bedroom, with ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

OUTDOORS

Heated swimming pool overlooking the "Val d'Orcia". Terracotta pavement, straw changing room, sheltered picnic area, second pergola, small fridge.
