1. Find Your Property

Browse through our wide collection of vacation homes! Questions? We have visited our properties and are passionate about them -- call us and we will be delighted to help select your perfect vacation home.

2. Request Availability

Is the property available? Click the "Check Availability" button on the property's detail page to find out. The availability request form is short and to the point. In just a few moments your request is on its way to us. You will normally hear from us within 24 hours.

3. "Option" Property and Receive Rental Agreement

Once we have confirmation your property is available for your specific dates and you indicate you would like to book it, we will "option" (hold) the property for you for three days and we will e-mail you our rental agreement in a pdf document, which you will download and print.

4. Return Rental Agreement

The next step is to sign and fax the entire rental agreement back to us and remit a 50% deposit by check, payable to "via travel design, inc." or wire transfer to our corporate account within three business days of our notifying you that the property is available and has been optioned in your name. (If less than nine weeks before your trip, the total would be remitted at this time.)

5. Booking Confirmed!

Once we receive your signed rental agreement and processed your payment you will receive a confirmation invoice by email.

6. Final Payment

Your final payment is due nine weeks prior to your trip. After your final payment has been processed you will receive your arrival instructions by e-mail, which contains detailed directions to the property, as well as the name and telephone number of the property owner or caretaker who will be meeting you upon arrival.
